suttindseeds.in provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery.
What are your delivery times?
All products will be delivered to 5-7 working days (subject to availability or locality) for the same. – (Needs to be update in your website)
Do you charge for delivery?
Every store has its own delivery charges, which are waived off if you order above a specified minimum amount from the store. The minimum charges and the delivery charges are mentioned on the app and web at the checkout page.
How long do you take to initiate my refund?
how customer will cancel the order before he avail the service, timelines need to be mentioned and once the cancellation done, the entire amount or any deduction will be refunded via original method of payment within 10 to 15 working days
IF You pay Twice?
If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
Return by Post to the Online Returns Warehouse for a Returns Card
This Return Option is available for Sale and Outlet products purchased from Seed Heritage Online.
- Please return your Seed Heritage Online purchase by following the instructions and completing the Return by Post Form (PDF). Please note: If the Return by Post Form is incomplete or not included with your return, the return may be returned to sender.
- . If you have activated PayPal Refunded Returns, you may be eligible for PayPal to refund your return postage. Please see: https://www.paypal.com.au/returns.
- Our Online Returns Warehouse will process your return within two (2) business days of receipt. When your return is processed, we will send you an email to confirm that your Returns Card has been electronically processed. It is not possible to exchange PayPal purchases at our Online Returns Warehouse at this time.
Return to a Concept Store for a free Instant Product Exchange
on 3 – This Return Option is only available for Full Price and Sale products purchased from Seed Heritage Online.
You can return to a Concept Store and obtain an Instant Product Exchange for a product of the same purchase price or pay the difference to exchange for a higher price product. It is not possible to exchange for a Store Credit Voucher or Returns Card.
Please Note: Return Options are only available at Concept Stores in the same country as the Purchase Location which stock the same class or category of product that you would like to return. For example, Concept Stores which only stock Baby and Child products cannot accept the return of Women’s products.
Return to an Outlet Store for an Instant Product Exchange
This Return Option is available for Outlet products purchased from Seed Heritage Online.
You can return to an Outlet Store in Australia and obtain an Instant Product Exchange for a product of the same purchase price or pay the difference to exchange for a higher price product. It is not possible to exchange for a Store Credit Voucher or Returns Card.
